Franz Hetiback—Citizen of the Federated States of Micronesia
PALIKIR, Pohnpei—On November 7th, 2019, His Excellency David W. Panuelo, President of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), conducted the citizenship ceremony for the Nation’s newest naturalized citizen: Mr. Franz Hetiback. Born in the United States of America to parents from the FSM, the Government of the FSM is proud to call Mr. Hetiback a citizen.
Citizens of the FSM have, among other rights, the right to vote in elections, and purchase and/or inherit land.
