FSM President David W. Panuelo Congratulates David Kabua for his Election as President of the RMI
PALIKIR, Pohnpei—On January 6th, 2020, His Excellency David W. Panuelo, President of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), sent a letter to formally congratulate His Excellency David Kabua for his election as President of the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI). President Kabua is known to the FSM National Government as an exemplar of humility and compassion juxtaposed with courage and resolve, and the Nation looks forward to collaborating with President Kabua in future sub-regional, regional, and international affairs.
“Your election, my friend,” President Panuelo wrote in his letter to President Kabua, “is indeed a true testament of your character as a leader with vision, wisdom, and sheer dedication towards service delivery for your country and people. I have every confidence in your leadership and commitment in tackling the challenges that are ahead.”
The FSM National Government congratulates the people and Government of the RMI for a successful election and equally successful transition of power.
