President Panuelo to Deliver Xavier High School’s May 29^th 2020 Commencement Address

PALIKIR, Pohnpei—On January 9^th 2020 His Excellency David W. Panuelo, President of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), met with Father Dennis M. Baker, President of Xavier High School in the FSM State of Chuuk, in a courtesy call. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the May 29^th, 2020 Commencement Address at Xavier High School, which President Panuelo has confirmed he’ll deliver.
