President Panuelo Receives Former President Mori, Discusses Nation-building & the Interests of the Citizens of the FSM
PALIKIR, Pohnpei—On June 17th, 2019, His Excellency David W. Panuelo, ninth President of the Federated States of Micronesia, received His Excellency Emmanuel “Manny” Mori, former and seventh President of the Federated States of Micronesia, in a courtesy visit. President Panuelo and former President Mori spoke together at length on issues affecting the citizens of the Nation, ranging from educational opportunities and economic development, to foreign policy and the environment, and how best to serve the citizens’ interests in these areas and others.
