Simina, President of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), received Dr. Saia Ma’u Piukala, World Health Organization (WHO) Regional Director for the Western Pacific, for a courtesy call at the President’s Office in Palikir. The visit marks Dr. Piukala’s first official visit to the
