His Excellency President Wesley W. Simina has officially proclaimed a National Period of Mourning in honor of the late Lorin S. Robert, Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM).

The Office of the President announces that a Memorial Service and State Funeral for the late Lorin S. Robert will be held on:
